We accept return requests within 14 days from the delivery date.

📦 Item Condition

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or order number.

Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or missing their original packaging may not be accepted for return or refund.

• Items clearly marked as final sale or placed in clearance/offers collections.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Hygiene or personal care products once opened.
• Gift cards and digital items.
• Used, damaged, washed, broken, or incomplete products.
• Products without their original packaging or proof of purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is due to an issue from our side, Kidora Toys will help arrange the return or exchange process.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Please note that delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Kidora Toys.
